Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

● The item is unused and unworn
● The item is in its original packaging
● All tags, cards, boxes, pouches, and accessories are intact
● You have your order number or proof of purchase
● The item is eligible for return

Return requests after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Incomplete Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process the claim, please share:

● Clear photos of the item
● A clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened
● Photos of the packaging
● Details of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

● Earrings, unless received damaged or incorrect
● Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered
● Items without original packaging
● Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items, unless received damaged or incorrect
● Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, perfume, chemicals, improper storage, or rough handling
● Products returned without approval from our support team

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Please review product photos, descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing your order.

Color and Size Variation

Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, mobile screens, or display settings. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

As most jewellery pieces are photographed closely to show detail, the actual size may appear slightly different on screen. Please check the product details before ordering.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, customer preference, wrong item ordered by the customer, or product damage caused after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 working days to process, depending on the payment method and banking procedure.

For online payments, refunds may be processed through the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you for the required refund details after claim approval.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

If the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error, Houses of Maher will guide you through the return or replacement process after claim approval.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to customer preference, the customer will bear return shipping charges.

If the item received was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, Houses of Maher will guide you through the return process after claim approval.

Please do not send any item back without contacting our support team first.
