At Maher, we strive to deliver high-quality artificial jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact

Note: Due to the nature of artificial jewelry, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items used or worn

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp / Instagram / Email

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear images of the product

    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, you can choose:

    • Exchange with another product, OR

    • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

We do not offer cash refunds.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable


6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • We will cover the exchange shipping cost

  • Replacement will be processed after verification


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
